Temaca Microsaucerie

The name of Microsaucerie Temaca means “giving with the heart”. We produce premium traditional Mexican hot sauces, made with local ingredients. Temaca cares about the environment, first of all through respect for local producers, the terroir and seasonal production. The founder of Temaca, Monica Mandujano, is of Mexican origin, and advocates sharing her culinary heritage. Our sauces are inspired by Mexican and Quebec culture with a touch of creativity.
