"This album was actually re-released this year, but dates back to 1988. This was one of the group's (Sonic Youth) more experimental projects. It embodies 80's pop culture with their atmospheric guitar, lots of sound samples, and drum machine beats. This album is a magical voyage throuh the eighties, and, trust me, their perspective makes it seem like so much more. Sonic Youth makes me want to fall in love. Kim Gordon posing as Madonna on the cover is a gem."
Born and raised just west of Montreal, Quebec. Graduate of Creative Arts programs at Dawson College and a BFA in Studio Arts at Concordia University. A member of the Montreal art collective the Young Peoples Foundation. She interlaces many mediums, including paint, collage, silkscreen, and drawings, and is influenced by her surrounding and is continually intrigued by the aesthetics of her imagination.
