"I decided to make an interpretation of Pink Floyd's Animals album cover, because I love the cuteness of the inflateable pig floating above an ugly dark power plant. this record's cover reminds me to look for the simple pleasures in life that are sometimes placed in the harshest places."
Luke Ramsey is a full time illustrator living on Pender Island, B.C. He also runs an artist residency with his partner Angela. Their residency is called "Islands Fold". Luke will be in an upcoming group show in Montreal at le Kopshop on Roy st. The Show "Gene Swarm opens November 3rd."
