It's spring. It's purim. It's my birthday. And in honour of all things revolutionary and celebratory, the kids from all corners of the fair island that make up this new conglomerate of klezmer-spouting musicians will be transitioning from crowded kitchen parties to the mild-mannered back room of our favorite living room resto-cum-club.

The Youjsh features the Indigone Trio rhythm section of Alex Mallett (bass) and Phil Melanson (drums) along with Randal Pierce (accordion), Adam Kinner (saxophone), Kate Molleson (clarinet) and Eva Boodman (trumpet), and is led by the ambidextrous Malcolm Sailor.
