Angela Begin

Based between Montreal & Edmonton, Angela Begin creates music reflective of the lands, winds, waters and skies that raised her. Inspired by the natural world and the themes of spaciousness, temporality and transformation, Angela's music is an ethereal blend of alternative-rock and indie-folk with detours into alt-country, jazz and grunge.

Angela's debut record 'Messenger', released in summer 2026, is an EP five years in the making. Chronicling the cross-country moves of her late 20’s and tying up the loose ends of childhood, ‘Messenger’ is a celebration of throwing off power dynamics, finding your voice and coming into your authentic self. The essence of Angela's music is mixedness, and the bridging of opposites & extremes.
