Atelier Galaxia

After years in the fast-paced film and event technology industries, I founded my studio as a return to slower, more intentional making. Having seen the environmental toll of temporary productions, I am now dedicated to textile repair and longevity - valuing craft as a tactile act of storytelling and ritual.

Textile art is inherently radical and political. The garment industry has devastating effects on both the environment and the communities forced to sustain it. I created this studio to actively combat fast fashion by focusing on repair, reuse, and revitalization.

As I evolve, I am expanding Atelier Galaxia into a space for education and connection. I am developing a YouTube channel to share accessible sewing skills and mindfulness practice and meditations, alongside hosting in person mindful art gatherings and creative workshops at the studio.
