Aux Fleurs Folies Design

Aux Fleurs Folies (English translation, “Crazy in Flowers”), started in 2017 while I was in the Floristry program at L’École des métiers de l’horticulture de Montréal. In the beginning, it was just a way to show my amateur florist work on Instagram however, later on, I started to receive order requests for my work. Year after year, with all the working experience from the industry, I decided to become a Craft Florist which is different from other regular florists. Craft florists specify in making handmade aromatic sola flowers, eternal, preserved flowers and scented wax floral gift products; with each one hand made and customized with care. I like when people enjoy my work and gather satisfaction from the joy it can bring. It also gives me a sense of accomplishment as well as a drive to further improve myself in this field.

All my products are designed, created and made by myself in Montreal. As an wedding/ event florist, my craft maker journey began during the pandemic because, at one point I was unemployed due to the quarantine. However, the pandemic didn’t destroy my passion with flowers and I started to play with dried and preserved flowers I had at my home. I assembled and made them look nice and helped people feel better with my creations. As time went on, I tried to combine the scents, waxes, plaster , terrariums, glass domes and flowers all together to allow my products more variety and uniqueness.
