Led by Devin Brahja Waldman, this project has been growing and mutating since 2008, with an extended family of musicians moving through it over the years. For this show, Devin will be joined by Sam Shalabi, Daniel Gélinas, Damon Hankoff, Georgia Wartel Collins, Adam Kinner and more — a rare reunion of the Montreal–NYC–DC–Chicago constellation that shaped the band’s sound.

If you know the 2019 BRAHJA record, you know how deep this thing goes: written over a year, recorded in a converted church in rural Quebec, layered and re-layered until the songs became their own universe — a kind of purge, renewal, and collective exorcism.
