Camille Léon is an illustrator turned musician who picked up guitar during the 2020 lockdowns and taught herself how to write and compose songs in her bedroom. Her sound has been described as “Glow in the dark” Glitter-Grunge that twists technicolor into cosmos. Although Léon is learning more about music with every release, Exclaim! Magazine has written a review of her EP and Amazon Music has charted her on two editorial playlists. With her sound being out in the world for less than a year, she’s proven Toronto has an insatiable hunger for Black alternative music and plans to continue creating.
