Papagroove delivers a bold, high-energy afro-funk fusion. Drawing from politically charged afrobeat, funk, soul, vibrant pop, and rock, the band’s sound is both rich and explosive. Formed in 2006 as a thirteen-piece ensemble, Papagroove has captivated audiences across Québec with its hard-hitting music and raw, electrifying stage presence. Now carried forward by eight musicians, the group is driven by a powerful horn section and an explosive rhythm section that fuel its dynamic live shows.
