Perma is a dreampop shoegaze duo consisting of Carolane Prévost (vocals, bass) and Joël Lemieux (guitar, drum machines). Long ago, they became friends because of their love for the DYI aproach and the local music scene. Sonic rumblings, ethereal textures, Perma floats between deep slumber and wakefulness.
